Austin, Texas (16 September 2016) – Even though there are two long straightaways, some 20 corners and a remarkable stadium tunnel that marks the front stretch, the signature segment of the 3.4-mile Circuit of the Americas road course is its long uphill run into Turn 1.
Unfortunately, for TeamTGM Turn 1 wasn’t the only uphill climb of the weekend as the squad took on Friday’s IMSA Continental Tire SportsCar Challenge race.
Alton, Va. (27 August 2016) – With hot temperatures and sunny skies surrounding the Danville, Virginia area all weekend, the story throughout the IMSA Continental Tire SportsCar Challenge event had been the brutally hot weather conditions. But when the green flag flew for Saturday’s Oak Tree Grand Prix, a new story quickly emerged as a heavy downpour abruptly developed over the circuit just 20 minutes into the 2.5-hour event.
ATLANTA – Veteran driver Guy Cosmo will join long-time TGM driver and team owner Ted Giovanis for the remainder of the 2016 season. Cosmo will co-drive the team’s JKTG Foundation/Camp Boggy Creek #64 Porsche Cayman GT4 Clubsport for the IMSA Continental Tire SportsCar Challenge in the GS class.
