Cosmo, a native New Yorker, first raced for the team at Sebring International Raceway in March, where a promising effort was cut short late in the race due to a mechanical set back.

Whelen Motorsports racer Max Papis will not be able to make the Sebring weekend due to a scheduling conflict.
