Cosmo's name is painted on both the #5 Make A Wish/Z-Line Designs and the #19 Playboy/Uniden/Palms Daytona Prototypes and is entered and registered to drive both cars. Cosmo, who has been campaigning the #19 car while regular driver, Memo Gidley, recovered from an incident at Long Beach, will serve as the third driver with Rob Finlay and Michael Valiante in the #5 car. In addition, Cosmo will be standing by to back up Memo Gidley and Michael McDowell in the #19 car.

"I'm probably the only guy with his name on two cars in the same race this weekend," remarked a pleased Cosmo. "With Memo Gidley returning to the cockpit this weekend I'm listed as a 3rd driver in the #19 Playboy/Uniden/Palms Daytona Prototype, and I'll also be joining team owner Rob Finlay and Michael Valiante in the #5 Make A Wish/Z-Line Designs DP as well."

"Although I'm wearing a different driving suit this weekend I'm still working with the same great group of guys," Cosmo continued. "I'm really looking forward to driving with Michael and Rob. We've got a really good shot at a podium finish."

Although the weekend has been fraught with delays due to a conflict between the Indy Racing League and Watkins Glen International regarding the age restrictions of the competitors, Guy was excited to be back in his home state and at the Glen.

"It's great to be back in my home state of New York," said Guy. "Watkins Glen is one of the greatest race tracks on earth. 6 Hours of racing at The Glen is going to be a real treat and I can't wait for it to get under way."

Due to the shortening of the schedule of events for this weekend's racing activities, Grand Am elected to cancel Friday's qualifying session and set the grid for Saturday's running of the Sahlen's Six Hours of the Glen according to the current team point standings.

Sahlen's Six Hours At The Glen is round 8 of the scheduled 14-race Grand American Series is slated to begin at 2:30PM EST on Saturday, June 3rd and run to 8:30PM. The race will air live on SPEED.
