Extreme Speed Motorsports Testing
It was a great week testing with Scott Sharp's Patron sponsored Extreme Speed Motorsports team in the two new Ferrari GT cars. We tested at Sebring in preparation for the 2010 American Le Mans Series Championship. Drivers: Scott Sharp, Johannes van Overbeek, Ed Brown and Guy Cosmo. -
Monterey Sports Car Challenge 2009
ORBIT Racing’s Guy Cosmo and John Baker were winners in the Challenge class in their Porsche 911 GT3 Cup car. The duo started on the class pole. Gruppe Orange’s Nick Parker and Don Pickering were second, Richard Rodriquez and Galen Bieker placed third for P7 Racing. -
KONI Challenge at Virginia Intl. Raceway

2009 Road America Time Warner Sports Car Showcase
The race wasn’t that easy, just as it did in other classes, the yellow flag stops and an opening stint of by Baker put Cosmo on the attack throughout the race. Starting from the pole, the day ended with a fourth place finish for the #47 Porsche. -
Acura Sports Car Challenge - Mid-Ohio Sports Car Course
In what was the largest field of ALMS Challenge cars to-date, Guy Cosmo piloted the No. 47 Orbit Racing prepared Porsche 911 GT3 Cup car to the pole position in class with a lap time of 1:27.070. Race day did not go quite as well... a pit lane penalty nudge the team of the top spot on the podium and relegated them to second. A great run, nonetheless. -

2009 Northeast Grand Prix - ALMS
Racing two different Porsche 911s in the same weekend, Guy returned to American Le Mans Series action at Connecticut’s Lime Rock Park driving the No. 47 Porsche 911 GT3 Cup in the ALMS Challenge class as part of the featured American Le Mans Series event. Cosmo once again teamed with John Baker for Orbit Racing as the ALMS reconvened for the first stateside race outing following the 24 Hours of Le Mans. -
Sahlen's Six-Hours of The Glen
Cosmo, who qualified the black and gold Daytona Prototype on the 7th row, had moved up into the top ten before the race had even reached the one hour mark. American Le Mans at Utah 2009
Guy Cosmo, 2005 American Le Mans Series Rookie of the Year, will make his return to the American Le Mans Series racing in the newly added "Challenge" class at this week's Larry H. Miller Dealerships Utah Grand Prix at Miller Motorsports Park in Tooele, Utah. -
New Jersey Motorsports Park
In this wet and wild race, Cosmo qualified 6th, ran strong at the start, moved up to 2nd, and then STUCK IT to Scott Pruett in the #01 Ganassi car on the restart - and stretched out a lead until lapped traffic and a HUGE wiggle from a puddle allowed Pruett to pass by. 2009 Rolex 24 at Daytona
Guy Cosmo once again drives in the Rolex 24 At Daytona with Spirit of Daytona Racing. The Palm Beach, Florida-based racer joins a trio of motorcycle champions for the twice around the clock classic.
